Puppy Application
We do not have puppies available on a regular basis and most are reserved long before a litter is born. If you are interested in being considered for a puppy from a potential upcoming litter, please fill out an application and send an e-mail letting us know you have. The more info you provide about yourself in the app, the more it helps us get to know you as a potential fit for a Mosaic puppy.
Your application will be received if you hit the “submit’ button. We do not send confirmation receipt emails.
